You legally aren't responsible for it, you weren't to know she was going to get it from her credit card, it's not your fault if she promised to lend you the cash but had to take it out on a credit card to get it to you
Unless you both signed an agreement stating you would pay interest.
Being related though it might be an idea to offer to pay some of the interest
